No full pre-payment
There's no need to make full payment upfront - which means you have time to think about your options. Our Sales Team will also be happy to answer your questions if you're unsure.
A detailed survey
Each home is unique - so are each of our doors! With a survey carried out by one of our fitters, measurements will be taken of your doorway, which we will use to make your new door to a perfect fit.
Uplift of your old door
We leave everything tidy after fitting, and this includes the uplift of your old door - which we take away for free for recycling.
Guarantee
Your Fully Fitted door is covered by guarantee, and we're here for you to contact should you ever need aftercare in the event of any issue.

Our Sales Team will contact you
Soon after placing your order, our Sales Teams will be in touch, either by phone or by e-mail. They will discuss your requirements with you and get things started.
We’ll arrange your survey and confirm order details
It's important to get a door that fits right, which is why our Fully Fitted service includes a survey, carried out by one of our fitters and scheduled for a date to suit you. With measurements from your doorway in hand, our Sales Team will make you aware of your options. When you are happy to go ahead, production will begin.
Your order is put into production
Each door is tailor-made, and yours will be unique to your order. We take great care in building your door, and will let you know when the time comes for installation.
Fitting is arranged and carried out
As with the survey, you can arrange a suitable date for your door to be fitted, and your fitter will keep in touch to ensure this. When the time comes, your new door will be installed with great attention to detail - and as we like to leave no mess behind, we even take away your old door at no extra charge!
We contact you for payment
Soon after fitting, our Accounts Team will be in touch with you regarding payment for your order.
We issue your guarantee
Finally, we send you the guarantee for your newly installed door. If you do run into any issues, simply get in touch with our Projects Team to help with aftercare.
