CANCELLATION OF ORDER BY CUSTOMER

Cancellation of order. As all doors are made to the sizes provided by the customer, once the customer has submitted there order through the website or provided sizes by e-mail, they have no right to cancel once the order has been processed by us.

Orders that are cancelled by the company will be without charge.

You must notify us of the cancellation either by calling our customer Services department on 01333 377177 or by e-mailing or by writing before the accepted timescale has passed to:-

You must state the invoice number, date of purchase and product name or code.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER BY US

We reserve the right to cancel any orders received if goods are permanently out of stock.

You will be notified of cancellation by telephone or e-mail as soon after your order is placed as possible and your credit/debit card will be credited with the full amount of your order including any delivery costs.
