About our service & what you can expect from us
We also provide our doors to self fitting customers - Supply Only with free delivery to you.
With our Fully Fitted option, you'll get your ideal door from a vast selection of styles coupled with installation by one of our experienced fitters. After you select your door, a free survey will be arranged for a day that is appropriate to you.
From this survey, we take the sizes need to manufacture your door to a perfect fit, and as well as installing your new door our fitter will also take away your old one. Full prepayment isn't required for this option, so you only pay the total amount after installation.
For trade customers and DIY fitters looking for a new door, we offer a vast range of designs available to order with our Supply Only option. To make sure you get a door that will be a perfect fit in your home, we will ask for sizes when you order.
When your door has finished production, we will provide free delivery to you along with a free fitting kit to help you get installation underway. However, if you need advice on how to fit your new door call us free on 0800 910 1122.
